“Sinwattana,” the first crowdfunding and crowd-investing service provider in Thailand, has joined forces with five strong partners in different fields: Tiwa Institute, Q Technology (Thailand), the Institute of Management Consultants Thailand, Rightman, and YDM Thailand.
The company announced its readiness to aggressively expand its public crowdfunding business, aiming to serve as an intermediary connecting quality entrepreneurs with clear business plans and capable investors in order to unlock capital constraints for businesses and create major sustainable growth for the Thai economy.

Mr. Chayadit Hutanawat, Chairman of Sinwattana Crowdfunding, said that Thai society and the economy are currently driven by capitalism, which naturally brings inequality and social division. The coming together of “Sinwattana” and its five partners aims to create change in Thailand’s economy and society through “crowdfunding,” a modern capital system or “public capital.” Sinwattana’s service is not only an intermediary connecting good businesses with good funding sources, but also uses a technology platform to allow business operators and investors to work together transparently, with real-time sharing of operational information. This makes it another important tool for organizations or business owners looking to expand operations and markets, especially in times of economic slowdown when many businesses need flexibility in raising funds.
“We have also invited five partners with expertise in different areas to jointly create the Crowdfunding Investment Community, which will serve as a space for consultation and mutual understanding between businesses and investors on our platform. On the business side, we will provide knowledge and advice on transparent business management, online and offline marketing, professional business performance reporting, and systematic shareholder meetings. On the investor side, we will provide knowledge about the role and responsibilities of investors and enable them to learn how to drive society through investment in various projects in the form of ‘Social Capitalism,’ which will benefit Thailand in the long term.”
Ms. Hong Sin KWEK, President and founder of Sinwattana Crowdfunding, revealed that the company, as a platform operator officially licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC), hopes that the Sinwattana Crowdfunding Portal will become a new financial service for Thai entrepreneurs—including private limited companies, public limited companies, and NGOs with clear business plans—to connect with both retail and non-retail investors at every stage of business, from ideation, productization, commercialization, to intervention exit. In the future, the company will provide every form of crowdfunding, including donation-based crowdfunding, reward-based crowdfunding, equity crowdfunding, and bond crowdfunding.

Q Technology (Thailand), a provider of a Digital Business Management Platform that can connect with a Credit Scoring Engine to help entrepreneurs manage business information efficiently while allowing investors to see the performance of businesses they invest in in real time,
Ms. Phanit Chawchaichananon, Executive Director of Q Technology (Thailand), said that the company was founded five years ago with the goal of helping SMEs and MSMEs in Asia gain access to funding through highly reliable modern artificial intelligence technology. In addition, the company has an Artificial Intelligence Credit Scoring platform that can accurately analyze and assess the creditworthiness of various businesses. This AI technology can make fundraising more efficient for both entrepreneurs and investors.
In addition, the Institute of Management Consultants Thailand (IMC Thailand) is collaborating by creating the Certified Crowdfunding Consultant program to build specialist consultants with knowledge, expertise, and practical experience who can confidently guide entrepreneurs onto the path of fundraising in the new era.

Ms. Wechatchada Yongsuwankul, Director of the Institute of Management Consultants Thailand, said that this crowdfunding consultant training program will equip Thailand with human resources who are capable of advising entrepreneurs and helping strengthen entrepreneurs’ ability to raise funds and grow as planned. This is a major step in preparing the fundraising ecosystem.
Mr. Upatham Nisitsukcharoen, Executive Chairman of Rightman Co., Ltd., another key partner and an expert in hybrid events, said that for the Crowdfunding Investment Community platform to grow with stability and strength in Thailand, investor confidence is essential. Rightman can bring its experience in creating both online and on-ground events to help connect investors and entrepreneurs without limits, such as organizing investment clubs or business introduction activities for companies seeking fundraising to meet investors through the technologies the company has in both online and on-ground formats.

In digital marketing, the company has partnered with YDM Thailand Co., Ltd. Mr. Tanapon Subsomboon, the company’s CEO, said that YDM Thailand, as a marketing expert, will help from setting communication strategies for the crowdfunding business with target groups, spreading knowledge about safe investment through content marketing and influencer marketing, and advising entrepreneurs on brand building and comprehensive marketing in the digital era.
The final partner leading this collaboration is Tiwa Institute, which initiated this Joint Collaboration with Sinwattana Crowdfunding with the aim of creating a modern investment system as “public capital” to help reduce social inequality and strengthen Thailand’s economy for stable and sustainable growth.
