Mr. Tanapon Subsomboon, Chairman of Click2Biz Co., Ltd., executive and founder of “Adyim,” which provides fully integrated digital marketing solutions, revealed that this year the company is aggressively building the Adyim brand to become better known in the market after continuously developing digital marketing approaches over the past eight years until achieving success. In particular, over the past five years, revenue has grown at a leap by 1,200%. Last year, revenue reached 225 million baht with more than 60 clients. This year, the company targets 380 million baht in revenue and expects the number of clients to increase to 80. In the next three years, or by 2020, it aims to generate 1 billion baht in revenue to become the number one digital marketing company in Thailand, list the company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and then expand the business to ASEAN countries.

The company currently has clients in every industry and has worked with 500 brands, such as PTT, SCG, Sony, Nissan, Panasonic, Thai Watsadu, Line, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Thai Life Insurance, and Siam Commercial Bank. This stems from the company’s strength in combining marketing, advertising, and technology to create new marketing alternatives that communicate directly with target consumers and meet the needs of clients in every type of business. Adyim places primary importance on business results, or clients’ sales, profits, and growth, rather than simply creating buzz on social media.

However, it must be acknowledged that competition in this business is currently high, because companies in many industries are now spending more on digital marketing. Two to three years ago, only 1–2% of marketing budgets were allocated to digital marketing, but this has now increased to 10%, and some companies, such as property developers, automotive companies, and insurance firms, spend more than 20% because they have seen clear success. As a result, Thailand’s digital marketing market is now worth as much as 11.2 billion baht and is growing by an average of 30–40% every year, as all organizations and business sectors increase marketing budgets in digital channels in response to changing consumer behavior.

As a result, competition among digital marketing businesses has intensified greatly, putting the company at a disadvantage against large foreign firms. Therefore, the company must proactively build the Adyim name by offering services that comprehensively meet every client need, starting from digital research and analysis, collecting all online data, including the client’s previous media buying, and evaluating it together with competitor data in order to shape online strategies that lead to business development for clients. The company also creates and presents new marketing approaches, provides consultation, improves and designs clients’ digital media such as websites, mobile applications, graphics, content production, and video production, and manages clients’ social media channels across Facebook fan pages, Line, Instagram, and YouTube.
